HAPPY THINGS HAPPEN IN HAPPY PLACES!

I was invited to fivestar cafe launch on 19th June. It was truly an extraordinary experience the date time venue every thing was perfect. I went along with Dad he had to cancel a few meetings for my sake poor daddy...we were there at 11.30 am as we entered there was a huge media presence we were  little bit overwhelmed seeing them.

As we entered Mr.Sanjeev Pant Sr Vice President and entire management crew from Thailand and Malaysia Invited us it was a pleasure to know everyone behind the scenes. Fivestar has over 5000 outlets located in Thailand alone. after roaring success with five star chicken outlets in Bangalore demand is huge no one can compete with the price range they have on their menu it was finally time to launch Fivestar Cafe.

While talking with Mr.Sanjeev Pant he is looking forward for expansion soon. there is a branch opening in Indiranager shortly.  I wish we had Branches located in north Bangalore too cant wait for an outlet to open near my home.

Fivestar Cafe has a terrific color palate the ambiance is hip and chic. even the dullest days will cheer up anyone. once you enter the place vibrant reds yellows greens grays and white colors dominate the place  colors play a major roll in our daily life it will surely put a smile on your face...:)

Fivestar cafe is centrally located to all Colleges, Schools and Offices majority of  the business houses are situated in this locality. This cafe has great food and beverages developed by Chef Sridhar who has completed his hotel management from Cyprus.

The product range includes various fried and grilled chicken recipes, snacks, burgers, fries, rolls, sandwiches, biryani and rice, different value combos, coffee, tea, soft drinks, ice creams, and desserts.

Its a fun place to meet, greet , eat, share, hangout and entertain on a budget...this place has free Wi-Fi. the menu is tactfully put together to suit every palate Thats why they say Happy Things Happen In Happy Places!!!

Finally I got to meet the man behind the scenes research and development Chef Sridhar who was so kind to answer all my questions one by one. the chicken used in the recipes are free range which is a + point they rear their chicken in their own farms located in Bangalore all spices herbs are shipped within India. the oil used for frying is absolutely fresh they do not reuse the oil.  sunflower oil is used in all recipes. Chefs personal picks are chicken cheesy pops, Chicken Dum biryani, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, thai signature and spicy masala.

Finally its my turn..:P I got to savor the best on the menu.

Mad Over Donuts

Hello Friends, Its been almost a month since i blogged basically struck with work and a lot more which i will keep updating on my vlogs. this meet was a last minute call I must thank lubna and vivek for invite enjoyed my visit at Mad Over Donuts.

Mad over donuts is located at kormangala Bangalore right opposite to forum mall next to pizza comer. I've been there couple times before when i was working at a company located near by. they are centrally located to many schools colleges and offices. I like their ambiance its hip and chic has a wonderful vibe. they are celebrating their 5th anniversary and have awesome deals. I always love their staff they are very friendly and give suggestions on what picks are best.

This is the best part of eating out for all those vegetarians Mad over donuts is eggless...and has over 25 varieties to choose on menu.

Mad over donuts also sell cream filled  and absolutely amazing melt in your mouth donut pops it is a must try for kids they will love the bite size donut pops and how can anyone miss cupcakes on the menu they have super spongy cup cakes to celebrate any occasion which is eggless...I also love their coffee totally made my day...Love at first Bite...

Everyone can get to see how the donuts are cream filled and topped with toppings I liked this concept where in people can see behind the scenes activity its nice and interactive. the place is well maintained and very clean normally it takes a lot of effort to keep small spaces tidy and clean...

We also met Mr.Tarak Bhattacharya, COO who was very patient answering all our questions one by one i never knew mad over donuts is a Singaporean based company. all the basic ingredients are shipped from abroad they want to maintain the same standard across. Mr. Tarak is focused to target all age groups and the concept eggless is so good as we can serve and celebrate with a donut for all occasions I'm already planning for Diwali...all the donuts prepared are fresh on a daily basis  they do not store and serve remains for the next day which is again an added + point currently there are 6 stores across Bangalore which is expanding in other locations soon...

I got to taste Double trouble, Rainbow Surprise and Pi Dazzled along with Hot Coffee...ummm it was super...

Finally got to meet all my blog world friends deepa, valarmathi, satrupa, jaishree and Lubna thank you girls for a wonderful meet enjoyed...thank you vivek for getting us all together...:)

12.12.12 post Yo...I'm a regular online shopper shopping online is much more easy we save on petrol and time the truth I hate Bangalore traffic....must say zansaar is really a service oriented company excellent customer care team and wonderful hand picked products for your home needs...the only downside to my shopping experience they have not taken good care in packaging if its done with a little bit of care i would appreciate it...I had to splurge a bit for my blog and these are my picks...:)

Peppa Zzing Bangalore Review

Peppa Zzing is located at No. 92, Kedia Arcade, Infantry Road, Bangalore, Karnataka - 560001. First of all I must thank both my cousins pavi and vicky who told me about this place its just a year old and they are so famous for giant and monster burgers peppa zzing is centrally located and very nice place to organize birthday parties.

Finally dad and myself made it to peppa zzing after a long wait we heard its packed during weekends and every afternoon so we made it by 8pm it was empty and we had the place for ourselves and enjoyed.

Kids and people who love fast food are surely in for a treat the menu is short and simple they serve regular size burgers, monster burgers which have 2 patties and extra toppings and then the ultimate giant burger which is huge and also served with extra topping if needed. they serve beef, chicken, lamb, veg burgers, pasta and hot dogs. 

My cousin was the first person to tell me about the place once I heard about it I was pestering dad to take me there i was so excited to see the giant burger but was sad at the same time just wished I could have gone there with few more friends and family . we ordered for Giant lamb burger and french fries ultimately we could  not finish what we ordered for....:)

After watching shows of Man vs Food I always wanted to see how a giant burger looks and tastes...If you want to enjoy the Adam Richman way then your in for a treat in our own city...YaY...:)

   

Serious yummy goodness the burger patty is mildly spiced very tender and juicy. I loved the sweet mayo...its upto you...can change and order for extra cheese in your burger.

 I had to parcel all the left overs and we enjoyed the next day as well mom liked the burger a lot.

Cool Blue from cafe coffee day is my new favorite I love the citrus flavor and taste I  have this craving for citrus fruits lately unusual pick for this month I know but I loved it. that's because I've been doing a lot of shopping, cooking, festivals, relatives and friends ufffffff....so much to handle for the past couple months I'm engaged only in this activity and to top it we are house hunting all this work the only spot I found where I could relax and enjoy was at cafe coffee day...:)

VIDYARTHI BHAVAN

VIDYARTHI BHAVAN located in Gandhi Bazaar Main Rd., Gandhi Bazar Road, Basavanagudi Bengaluru, Karnataka is famous for crispy masala dosa and coffee the hotel is located in very busy street of gandhi bazaar at first we were unable to locate the hotel the street flower vendors had blocked the entire path we could not even see the name board but i did not regret a bit the flowers were so inviting it was divine...it was like the hotel had a grand entrance love it...:)

The hotel is there since 1943 for past 4 generations nothing much has changed its always filled with crowd you will have to find a seat and take it...

There are numerous celebrities, politicians and great poets who have constantly visited vidyarthi bhavan just to savor masala dosa and coffee its very well recognized and must visit @ Bangalore dont miss it...

I had no plans or clue that my dad will all of a sudden take me to this place really surprised when he took me there i loved it and enjoyed every bit of suspense and to my luck i carried my cam and captured every bit...the place was packed when we were there but every one were so friendly the mixed crowd of young and old were so nice...♥

The ambiance is very cool with pencil sketches of all the politician and  celebrities on the wall who have visited till date...how ever its bit cramped but we will have to let go of certain comforts to savor the best...:)

Rates are reasonable and the place is clean and well maintained... 

Dad ordered for masala dosa, kesari bath and coffee we loved every bit...♥♥♥
